Foxboro students and staff very proud of accomplishments so far but want to do so much more!
Foxboro Public School proud of achievements!
November 19, 2007
The EarthCARE team under the direction of team leader, Mrs. Fargey attended the recent fall training. During that session several students declared that their school was a strong participant in EarthCARE the last two years.
According to David at Foxboro School, the students and staff have a program called LOCO. They have a recycling program. They had a litterless lunch day where every class tried to bring their lunch in reusable containers. They have a lot of field trips to the Frink
Centre. Many staff and students bring water bottles to school and they have many yard clean ups. Foxboro students participate in pizza days and the pizza boxes are recycled.
"We are doing many things for the environment, but we still want to know what other ways we can help!" says Alexa.
Wow, Foxboro, you are going to be one busy school!
