Avalon Public School Earth Day Video

Congratulations to the students at Avalon Public School in Ottawa who, in honour of Earth Day, put together an outstanding video listing the ways in which we can all reduce our impact on the environment and help contribute to a green and sustainable future.

Some of the topics that the video covers include: buying fresh food, not using chemicals in garden care, car-pooling whenever possible, leaving lights off when rooms are not in use and the value of composting.
