OCDSB Partners with Evergreen for Enhanced School Grounds

The school district has announced a partnership with Evergreen, a national non-profit environmental organization bringing nature to cities through naturalization projects.

Jeff Kaster has been appointed the School Ground Design Consultant. Jeff attended the EarthCARE team training sessions at the end of March to provide the teams with information about the Evergreen program including the support and services that he can provide. Schools planning to develop outdoor classrooms or wanting to transform their grounds were excited to learn about the program.
