April Audit 2006

On Monday and Tuesday, April 3rd and 4th, TWIGS was responsible for completing a school audit. The spring audit is an enormous task, and involves many out-of-school hours, in which volunteers take inventory in every room, hallway, nook and cranny in the building, to count the numbers of computers, lights, faucets, toilets, garbage in the recycling bins and recycling in the garbage bins. We will submit our results to Earthcare by April 11th to find out how Glebe C. I compares with all other OCDSB secondary schools in saving on energy consumption.

Many Glebe teachers, students and a parent volunteer stepped up to the task and volunteered their time to help us with the audit. A HUGE THANK-YOU to all the volunteers. We couldn't have done the job without you.
