environmentally efficient

- Submit and follow up on work orders to help keep toilets and trap, taps and
valves from leaking

to maintain highest level of efficiency
- Keep weather stripping on exterior doors and vestibule doors closed and in
good working condition

libraries, computer labs along with waste water air conditioning units, etc)
- Work
with Design and Construction Services and Ameresco Canada in conjunction
with their Principal and Area Supervisor to have building and mechanical upgrades
performed regularly (e.g., air handing units with supply air as opposed to
exhaust only - outside lighting time clocks changed to sensor style or operated
through building automation systems, etc.)
