EarthCARE Focus on Books

EarthCARE has available a series of environmental lesson plans on the themes of water, waste and energy. In this section, we have developed additional lesson plans using books that have an environmental theme or message to be used by teachers in their Language Arts programs or English courses. Information about the book is provided. The lesson plans have been developed in keeping with Ontario's Education Quality and Accountability Office requirements and can be adapted for various grade levels.
