EarthCARE Energy, Water and Waste Audit

The online portion of this form consists of 2 parts; the Audit(this page) and the Participation Report(the next page). Both parts must be filled out in order for this form to process properly. It should take you 15-20 minutes to complete both forms.

All schools should complete this audit on any one day between March 1 and March 5, 2004. Please send all your audit worksheets via Board mail to Jim Bilodeau, EC Technical Coordinator at Bronson Shops. THANKS!

Note: This audit should be completed when classes are not in session and students or community users are not using the building.

  • Secondary schools begin audit 30 minutes after the close of classes at the end of the school day
  • Elementary begin audit 30 minutes after the close of the school day or complete it during lunch
