The audit and participation reports are to be completed in all schools this week - on any one day between March 1 and March 5. Maria Hunter will be sending you the revised audit and participation worksheets this weekend via BEAM and they will be posted on the EarthCARE web site on Monday along with the online submission that is due by March 10.
You will note the changes you suggested at the training have been made to the audit sheets. As a result, only 7 rooms can be audited on any one worksheet.
Both the room audits and the particpation report will be in ONE online submission at www.earthcarecanada.com/audit/.
Results will be posted as soon as they can be analysed. The results will be used to determine potential sharing of savings with the schools.
